熱板機原理：
將欲熔合的塑膠組件，以一塊比塑件材料熔點較高的金屬板，在欲熔接合物的接面加熱，使塑件接面熔融。當塑件接面熔融后，移開熱金屬板，在上下二個塑件加壓，使接面熔合。
熱板機特點：
本機具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作方便，生產(chǎn)效率較高等特點。熔接后可達到水密、氣密的要求，適用于各種形狀、大小和材質(zhì)的熱塑性塑料件熔接。是一種用途廣泛、經(jīng)濟實用、生產(chǎn)效率較高的熔接工藝。
熱板熔接適用范圍：
汽車工業(yè)：保險杠、儀表盤、燃油箱、汽缸蓋罩、前后組合燈散熱護柵、通風(fēng)管、遮陽板等。
其它：蒸汽熨斗、洗衣機、吸塵器、浮球、大型棧板及其它大型不規(guī)則又必須水密、氣密、高強度的塑膠部件。
