現(xiàn)有全自動(dòng)磷化加工線4條，在職員工190人，主要從事錳系磷化加工，鋅系磷化加工，黑色錳系磷化加工，涂裝磷化加工。
產(chǎn)品磷化膜外觀均勻一致，很黑。并且具有很高的防腐性能，鹽霧時(shí)間48-96小時(shí).
公司已通過(guò)了ISO9001-2008(實(shí)驗(yàn)室)，TS16949質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。
工藝設(shè)備配套
通過(guò)缸體表面積得到槽體的體積，合理規(guī)定鋼件表面積和磷化液體積比，防止磷化液一直工作產(chǎn)生大量的鐵離子，導(dǎo)致磷化液顏色變黑。磷化槽子一般單位體積的負(fù)載量是8平方米每噸，不能大于18平方米，不然，由于槽液負(fù)載太大，磷化液消耗太快，不固定，不好調(diào)整。
槽子的制作
主要有船狀的槽子和長(zhǎng)方形槽子，前面的一直生產(chǎn)比較方便，后面的用于間隔式加工。槽子所用的材質(zhì)要能承受磷化液的酸洗和溫度，要有足夠的剛度承擔(dān)磷化液的載重卻不變形，磷化液槽子要用不銹鋼的。特別是高溫錳系磷化液溫度比較高，所以一定要用不銹鋼的槽子。如果用PP槽子就必須達(dá)到12毫米厚度，也有槽子用鋼筋水泥做成，里面加一層塑料板或玻璃鋼防止腐蝕。這種槽子成本較小，方便與做大的槽體。
船型的槽子有一定的坡度，方便手機(jī)磷化渣，坡度一般在磷化槽子的底邊，把渣沉到底部。
也能在四周排布，把渣放到指定的位置。
攪拌措施
使用風(fēng)機(jī)把磷化液不斷攪拌，使磷化膜生成均勻一致，除油的槽子一小時(shí)要攪拌6次，表調(diào)一小時(shí)3次，磷化液一小時(shí)10次。像一些大的槽子，底部槽子的流動(dòng)情況很重要，它將影響到一直排渣的能不能順利進(jìn)行下去。
