1帶有液壓升降系統(tǒng)，能自由升降鍋蓋及倒鍋復(fù)位
2攪拌系統(tǒng)采用先進(jìn)的錨式或雙向，螺帶式攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)，調(diào)速方式：采用臺(tái)灣臺(tái)達(dá)或日本松下變頻調(diào)速，可滿足不同工藝要求的生產(chǎn)
3先進(jìn)的四重齒結(jié)構(gòu)均質(zhì)器，獨(dú)特底刀研磨工藝，充分保證物料乳化物料細(xì)粒度密封可靠（機(jī)械密封為德國博格曼），乳化轉(zhuǎn)速為0-3500轉(zhuǎn)／分C臺(tái)灣臺(tái)達(dá)或日本松下變頻調(diào)速）
4材質(zhì)為進(jìn)口SUS304或SUS316L不銹鋼，罐體及管道為鏡面拋光，完全符合GMP規(guī)范
5真空脫泡能使韌料達(dá)到衛(wèi)生無菌要求，并可采用真空吸料，可滿足不同生產(chǎn)工藝的要求
6根據(jù)工藝要求，罐體可加熱或冷卻物料，加熱方式可根據(jù)客戶要求選用蒸汽或電加熱
7先進(jìn)的電控系統(tǒng)：可采用PLC或者按鈕控制，可配有真彩觸摸屏，全面控制物料，攪拌及均質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)速及時(shí)間等數(shù)據(jù)，并打印以上數(shù)據(jù)（選配）。溫度控制采用歐姆龍溫度控制。
1. Provided with oil pressure lifting system, which can freely lift and lower the boiler cover and has such functions as boiler tilting.
2. The blending system adopts advanced anchor, two-way and helical stirring. Speed adjustment method adopts Taiwan Delta and Panasonic frequency control so as to satisfy production of different technology requirement.
3. Advanced four layer structure homogenizer and unique bottom knife grinding process fully guarantee material’s emulsion and granularity. The Burgmann Germany mechanical sealing part is reliable. Emulsification speed can come to the speed of 3500RPM (Taiwan Delta or Panasonic frequency speed adjustment).
4. Made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. The tank body and pipe are carried out mirror polishing, which is in complete accordance with GMP standard.
5. The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum sucking material adopted can avoid dust, especially for the powder products.
6. According to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the material. The heating method can be chosen to steam or electric heating according to customer requirements
7. The advanced electric control system can adopt PLC control or button control, and can be equipped with color touch screen to completely supervise the data of material temperature, blending and homogenizing rot |
