一、設(shè)備組成Equipment structure
整條生產(chǎn)線集合了沖孔、成型、焊接、彎弧、切斷等多項(xiàng)技術(shù)于一體的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。
This production line consists of punching,roll forming,welding,bending,cutting,etc.
整條生產(chǎn)線由放料系統(tǒng)、沖孔系統(tǒng)、成型系統(tǒng)、焊接系統(tǒng)、切斷系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。可生產(chǎn)抗拉強(qiáng)度 400∽590 MPa 、屈服強(qiáng)度：≥780MPa汽車防撞梁專用高強(qiáng)度鋼。
This production line consists of de-coiler,punching,roll forming,welding,cutting,electric control system,etc.The tensile strength of profile is 400∽590 MPa,yeild strength≥780MPa,the material is high tensile strength steel
